Designs and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports, develops Python data transformation scripts, and supports Azure Data Factory pipelines and Azure SQL databases. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve IT infrastructure incidents across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud services, and on-premises environments. Provide customer and Tier 1 technical support, administer Microsoft 365 and related security, email, and backup services, respond to alerts, document resolutions, identify root causes, and escalate issues when necessary while meeting SLA requirements.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources; build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports; automate ETL and reporting with Python and SQL; create visualizations in Power BI/Tableau/Looker; design data models; ensure data quality and consistency; support operational, workforce, and financial analytics; document methodologies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Provide Tier 1 IT support as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email. Create and track tickets, troubleshoot Windows PCs, mobile devices, printers, and phones, perform password resets, maintain knowledge base articles, escalate complex incidents to higher-level teams, and assist with IT projects and training.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, React, and relational databases. Lead technical projects, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, design architectures, optimize SQL and application performance, and integrate RESTful APIs and external services.

Perform exploratory data analysis, investigate data quality and root causes, apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses, build repeatable data workflows, query and transform data with SQL and Python/R, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support compliance-related business decisions.

Lead Dynamics 365 Sales engagements from pre-sales through implementation: consult on sales and customer engagement processes, gather requirements, define solution scope and roadmap, lead project teams, manage scope/schedule/budget, oversee deployment/integration/testing/adoption, establish support/governance, coordinate global teams, and serve as escalation point for critical issues.
