The Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing market share in the UAE, acquiring new customers, managing sales processes, and driving revenue growth through effective business strategies and customer relationships.

Lead operational delivery and governance across SANS EMEA programmes, managing schedules, risks, budgets and PMO standards. Develop scalable operating models, improve processes and systems, produce portfolio reporting, and lead a high-performing delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for learners, customers and partners.

Drive revenue and market share in Germany for the SANS portfolio by managing and growing Tier 1 government accounts, securing new government contracts, forecasting sales, ensuring customer success, attending industry events, supporting marketing and events, managing invoicing and aged debt, and delivering against KPIs and sales targets.

Support EMEA business development by qualifying leads, setting appointments, promoting events, maintaining Salesforce data, generating reports, driving webinar and event attendance, assisting tender and invoicing processes, and meeting KPIs while representing the SANS brand.

Support EMEA business development by qualifying leads, booking appointments, promoting events, maintaining and cleansing Salesforce data, generating prospect lists and reports, supporting tender and invoicing processes, driving webinar and event attendance, and providing customer service and sales administration.

Responsible for driving revenue and market share growth in KSA through business development, customer acquisition, and managing sales processes for the SANS product portfolio.
