Coordinates transcription projects from audio intake through delivery, assigning work to transcriptionists and vendors, tracking deadlines and statuses, communicating with clients and resources, quality-checking transcripts, maintaining records, providing estimates, and improving workflows. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, problem-solving, confidentiality, and customer service skills. It is fully remote, scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.

Serves as the strategic HR partner for Operations and Litigation Technology leaders and employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, workforce planning, organizational design, performance and compensation guidance, recruiting support, compliance, and HR process improvement. The role also supports disciplinary actions, unemployment claims, sensitive investigations, and company-wide HR activities while ensuring consistent policy application.
