Assists with planning and managing security system projects involving access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection. Coordinates internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, resources, schedules, budgets, scope changes, quality control, contingency planning, closeout documentation, invoices, warranties, and lessons learned. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, research, customer service, and technology-learning skills, along with Microsoft Office and project management software proficiency. The role requires a valid driver’s license, background and physical screening, variable hours, and travel.

Leads project execution from planning through completion, managing budgets, costs, labor hours, schedules, team assignments, deliverables, client satisfaction, and stakeholder relationships. Reviews project outputs, ensures adherence to project management processes, supports continuous improvement, and builds strong internal and external partnerships.
