Supports nonprofit financial systems, including budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, audit preparation, tax documentation, grant tracking, and financial reporting. Manages administrative workflows, purchasing, vendors, calendars, facility coordination, records, supplies, and on-site support for staff, instructors, participants, and events. The role is primarily in person at the Morgan Park office in Duluth, with occasional evening or weekend hours.
