Close manufacturing orders in the ERP, verify labor/material/quantity transactions, research and correct job-cost discrepancies, compile routine reports, maintain documentation and checklists, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance to keep production and inventory data clean and timely.

Serve as an HR business partner for corporate G&A functions, delivering employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and compensation support, LMS and training coordination, HR records management, compliance, and enterprise HR program execution while partnering with leaders and HR teams.
