Provide administrative and project support for the Indo-Pacific Security Initiative: organize events, manage logistics and travel, support research, drafting, editing, communications, and stakeholder coordination to produce analysis and programming for US and allied defense audiences.

Provide administrative and project support for Indo-Pacific defense and security programming: research, event and travel logistics, communications, drafting reports and briefings, and participant coordination for workshops, tabletop exercises, and panels.

Build targeted media lists, draft pitches, coordinate press logistics, prepare experts, track outreach and coverage, and cultivate reporter relationships across teams to elevate the Council's research and experts.

Manage planning and execution of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events—including broadcast-quality productions, VIP protocol, vendor contracts, budgets, AV coordination, and logistics. Liaise with program staff and executive leadership, support flagship conferences and galas, and ensure high-quality hospitality and smooth operations under tight timelines.
