Supports benefits enrollment, open enrollment, HRIS transactions, records, compliance documentation, payroll deductions, onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, reporting, and general HR initiatives. Requires confidentiality, organization, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn benefits and HRIS processes.
