Represent property owners and managers in unlawful detainer litigation in California state courts. Conduct trials and depositions, advise clients by phone, prepare pre-trial motions, pleadings, and discovery with legal staff, manage a high volume of cases, and appear in court multiple days per week.

Provide litigation and trial representation for business real estate clients, manage complex matters independently, communicate regularly with clients, meet a 1600 billable-hour requirement, support business development and firm visibility, and perform other duties to support legal and management goals.

Manage the discovery phase of civil real estate matters: propound and respond to discovery, track deadlines, perform privilege analysis and redactions, review documents, advise clients, leverage eDiscovery tools, draft correspondence, and conduct independent legal research.

Prepare, e-file, and organize pre-trial and trial documents for unlawful detainer cases. Produce trial binders, subpoenas, certified exhibits, and jury materials; coordinate service, court filings, client notifications, and provide courtroom support during jury or long bench trials.
