The Commercial Lender identifies commercial lending opportunities, analyzes credit worthiness, manages loan portfolios, and cross-sells bank products to enhance profitability and customer relations.

Manage delinquent loan accounts to minimize losses and maintain acceptable delinquency levels. Communicate with customers to collect payments, establish arrangements, perform skip tracing, recommend loan modifications or repossession, coordinate legal actions and repossessed collateral disposition, maintain compliance with bank policy and FDCPA, and assist with reporting and servicing corrections.
