Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual for training in Accounts Receivable and administrative support functions including front desk operations and company errands.

Research and resolve held orders by identifying causes (missing prescription, prior authorization, AOB, deceased/nursing home), escalate or route to appropriate teams, document findings in the system, notify IT for system issues, submit reports, and assist with process improvement projects.

Design, build, and operate AWS and Azure infrastructures; automate deployments with IaC and CI/CD; manage containers, monitoring, backup/recovery, and FortiGate network security; support developers and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and compliance.
