Characterize MMICs and RFICs above 100 GHz through on-wafer measurements, RF test-station operation, S-parameter and power testing, calibration, de-embedding, and automated analysis. Interpret results, provide design feedback, support silicon bring-up and validation, and coordinate with design teams and external partners. The role involves substantial laboratory work in a high-end RF environment.
