Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managing inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, leave and disability programs, workers’ compensation, employee relations support, compliance, HRIS data, reporting, recruitment assistance, and backup benefits and payroll administration. The role also supports HR policy improvements, maintains confidential information, and travels within the service region.

Supports business development strategy, employer engagement, and employment placement pipelines across assigned regions. Responsibilities include prospecting, market research, CRM maintenance, proposals, project coordination, employer partnership development, and supervision of Job Placement Specialists. The role manages performance outcomes, coaching, compliance documentation, workflows, KPIs, and placement initiatives for competitive integrated employment programs serving job seekers with disabilities.

Coordinates organization-wide learning and development programs, including onboarding, training scheduling, LMS administration, employee training assignments, compliance tracking, reporting, and record maintenance. Supports instructor-led and virtual training, develops learning materials, assists with e-learning content, gathers feedback, and promotes employee development and wellness initiatives. Partners with Human Resources and program leadership while maintaining confidentiality and accurate training documentation.

Supports the organization’s social media presence through content creation, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, executive LinkedIn support, storytelling, and basic performance tracking. Captures and develops written, photo, and short-form video content; maintains content calendars and digital asset libraries; coordinates approvals and confidentiality requirements; monitors engagement and trends; and collaborates with marketing, program, executive, and departmental teams on campaigns, events, and outreach.
