Provides in-person and phone-based technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, email, internet, and VoIP issues. Purchases, deploys, configures, and maintains technology assets, participates in rotating on-call coverage, and supports 24-hour services. The role requires help desk experience, familiarity with Microsoft systems and enterprise applications, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules.

Oversee and lead the Accounts Payable function for U.S. and Canadian entities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, compliance documentation, 1099 reporting, refunds, and internal controls. Supervise a 2–3-person team, coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, Collections, and vendors, resolve discrepancies, provide reporting, and improve AP processes and workflows.

Provide administrative support for laboratory operations: receive and QC environmental samples, enter Chain of Custody into LIMS, coordinate shipping/receiving and sample transfers, enter analyst data, generate reports and invoices, and handle client communications and inquiries.
