Manage finance and insurance (F&I) process for vehicle sales: present financing and protection options, conduct required customer interviews and disclosures, ensure 100% accurate documentation and compliance with federal and Florida statutes, maintain customer satisfaction and monthly performance, and protect dealership assets by following policies and reporting violations.

Provide outstanding customer service as Assistant Service Manager by managing appointments, communicating vehicle status, preparing and documenting work orders and invoices, coordinating with technicians and parts, making customer outreach calls, and ensuring timely deliveries while following dealership reception and delivery processes.

Manage porter/valet scheduling and customer handoffs, coach and evaluate service drive staff, support sales as needed, orchestrate morning drive operations, maintain security and reception, train staff on department systems (including RR multi-Point), handle repeat repairs and upselling, report safety issues, and assist Service Manager.

Serve as an Acura product specialist delivering a pressure-free ownership experience: assess customer knowledge, demonstrate vehicle features and technologies, maintain full product knowledge, follow up after delivery, answer questions in person and by phone, and troubleshoot vehicle technology to increase customer comfort and retention.

Sell vehicles using the dealership sales process, provide excellent customer service, manage CRM records, complete delivery checklists, set service appointments, ensure accurate customer payoffs, follow company policies and appearance standards, attend training, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
