Support planning and implementation of YMCA sports programs, supervise staff and volunteers, manage league operations and Daxko program setup, recruit and train coaches, coordinate equipment, referees, budgets, and facilities, assist with summer camp and special events, and act as lead for the Sports Department in the Director's absence.
