Owns contract review, risk assessment, proposal documentation, negotiations, government qualification administration, contract execution, modifications, deliverables, claims, and closeout for shipbuilding, ship repair, and federal programs. The role manages SAM.gov, PIEE, SPRS, CMMC coordination, compliance documentation, NDAs, purchase order terms, and vendor agreements while partnering with counsel, sales, project management, finance, engineering, and executive leadership.

Provides temporary, full-time talent sourcing support for recruiting skilled-trade roles, initially Journeyman Welders and Shipfitters. Searches recruiting platforms and databases, reviews resumes, identifies qualified candidates, organizes pipelines, tracks sourcing metrics, maintains accurate records, and provides Recruiters with candidates for outreach. The role requires Boolean search, high-volume candidate screening, internet research, strong organization, and experience with skilled-trades or industrial recruiting.
