Supports affordable housing properties and staff in meeting HUD, LIHTC, USDA, HOME, HTF, Section 8, and state and local compliance requirements. Reviews regulations, conducts inspections and file audits, manages reporting, monitors corrective actions, maintains compliance systems, and trains site teams on Yardi and program requirements. Collaborates with property management, finance, legal, acquisitions, and asset management teams while communicating risks, deadlines, and operational deficiencies.
