The Account Executive will expand Seafar's presence in the Belgian shipping sector, driving commercial success through market development, client relationship management, and closing deals while collaborating with regional teams.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Seafar, you'll architect and develop high-performance desktop applications, integrate hardware, simulate control systems, and ensure system quality through testing.

Develops and implements company-wide QHSE policies and programs, ensures regulatory compliance, conducts audits and risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP), leads incident investigations, trains crews and ROC staff, liaises with classification societies and regulators, and supports remote operations and traffic control during testing and commissioning.
