Lead daily nursery operations including plant care, receiving/unloading, staging and loading orders, customer service in the yard, operating equipment and vehicles, enforcing safety, and mentoring the operations team.

Lead and support yard operations: receive/unload stock, stage and load orders, maintain plant care, operate vehicles/equipment safely, manage paperwork, coach operations team, and provide customer service in the sales yard.
