Manage all general ledger and accounting functions including grant and revenue recognition, accruals, month/quarter/year close, financial statements, variance analysis, cash management, and audits. Supervise and develop accounting staff, maintain internal controls, support Controller/CFO with budgeting and analysis, and improve processes and systems to ensure GAAP and grant compliance.
