Provide professional client service, negotiate solutions, document account activity accurately, follow client procedures, protect confidentiality, and meet collection, productivity, quality, and revenue goals. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Collects past-due B2B accounts through phone, email, and postal correspondence. Responsibilities include negotiating payments and settlements, resolving disputes, updating collection systems, meeting revenue and productivity goals, maintaining confidential records, communicating with clients, supporting coworkers, and identifying process improvements. The role is fully remote, Monday through Friday, with no travel or supervisory responsibilities.

Supports 1st and 3rd Party operations through customer email communication, document retrieval and archiving, account updates, client reporting, mailroom support, voicemail routing, procedure maintenance, data entry, and process improvement. The role requires accurate documentation, timely coordination with internal teams and clients, confidentiality, and professional communication. Processes debtor, client, and attorney payments through checks, ACHs, wires, and payment batches. Manages accounts receivable aging, invoices, disbursements, remittance communications, payment corrections, sales tax calculations, trust checks, and compliance support. The role also assists with finance projects, process improvement, cross-cultural collaboration, and departmental backup responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial controls.

Manage trust accounting for collections, oversee revenue recognition, client invoicing, and internal controls. Supervise trust accountants, support divisional controller, interact with major clients, maintain process documentation, and drive process improvements to protect company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
