Serve as the executive leader of Legal, Regulatory, Market Affairs and Compliance functions; advise CEO and Board on legal, regulatory and compliance risks; manage internal and external counsel; build board relationships; drive compliance culture and oversee regulatory interactions and reporting; lead and develop legal and compliance teams; later assume Chief Compliance Officer responsibilities.

Provide paralegal support including managing electronic and physical legal files, drafting and heavily editing complex legal and transactional documents, conducting legal research and analysis, assisting with litigation and regulatory filings (including FERC), maintaining governance and board records, coordinating compliance and statutory filings, and supporting attorneys and regulatory coordinators on deadlines and closings.
