Lead multi-property accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance functions. Oversee month/year-end close, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, audits, tax and regulatory filings, cash management, KPI analysis, process improvements, and mentor finance team while advising ownership and executive leadership.

Lead day-to-day finance operations for the hotel including A/P, A/R, income audit, cash, and general ledger. Oversee month-end close, complex journal entries, reconciliations, accounting policies, system accuracy, financial reporting, audits, and continuous improvement/automation projects while supervising and developing the accounting team.

Manage month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements. Lead and develop accounting staff, prepare and approve complex journal entries, oversee sales & use tax filings, support audits, implement process improvements and automation, and maintain policies and controls to safeguard assets and improve reporting accuracy.
