Perform skip-tracing, follow collection policies and laws, maintain product knowledge, collaborate with internal teams and third parties, and support other collection projects as needed.

Provide operational and administrative support for commercial lending: process and review loan files, prepare closing documents, manage construction draws, maintain collateral lien perfection, perform post-close quality assurance, HMDA reporting, and maintain digital records and ticklers.
