The Chief Development Officer leads the organization’s fundraising strategy and Development team, overseeing major gifts, annual giving, grants, planned giving, corporate support, donor stewardship, and a large annual gala. The role partners with the CEO on a major capital campaign, develops revenue plans and performance metrics, manages donor relationships, and leads an 11-person development and marketing team. This fully onsite position also supports organizational leadership, staff development, ethical fundraising, budgeting, and long-term resource growth.
