Supervise a small fund administration team, perform first- and second-level reviews of NAVs, reconciliations, capital activities, and client deliverables. Manage onboarding and high-complexity funds, ensure compliance with firm policies, coach and train Associates, handle client communications, oversee timesheets and payroll compliance, and assist with budgeting and profitability analysis.

Lead and coordinate accounting engagements: review and coach associates, manage client relationships and onboarding, set up accounting systems, maintain procedures, perform end-to-end accounting tasks, prepare budget-to-actual analyses, and support process and technology improvements.

Perform middle and back-office fund accounting: gather external statements, upload trades, price investments, reconcile positions and cash, prepare financial reports and allocations, support audits, prepare working papers, process wire entries, and respond to client ad hoc requests.
