Perform general ledger accounting, month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, AR/AP processing, vendor and customer invoice management, intercompany reconciliations, compliance reporting, and maintain client process documentation and archives.

Lead fund administration for hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity and venture clients. Manage client reporting, NAV calculations, audits, AML/cash management, tax coordination, and Geneva system setup. Oversee middle/back-office reconciliations, billing, and client communications. Support firm managing directors on process improvements and business development. Recruit, manage, train and schedule global staff, resolve software/process issues, and run projects to improve operations and controls.

Perform general accounting including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closings, general ledger maintenance, AR/AP processing, vendor and customer invoice resolution, compliance reporting, and documentation/archiving of client processes.

Support the fund administration team by preparing working papers and schedules, maintaining trackers, organizing files, participating in learning sessions and shadowing fund accounting and reporting processes, and providing administrative support for reports and audits.

Prepare draft financial statements and supporting schedules; perform middle/back-office fund accounting (trade uploads, pricing, reconciliations, allocations, fee calculations); prepare audit schedules and year-end working papers; respond to client requests, wire entries, and peer reviews; organize work and meet deadlines while maintaining detailed working papers.

Perform investor relations tasks including reviewing subscription documents, preparing and sending subscription/redemption confirmations and capital letters, conducting AML procedures, drafting investor communications, reviewing capital letters before partner approval, and maintaining IPO worksheets for the fund administration team.

Perform middle/back-office fund accounting: gather statements, price investments, upload trades, reconcile positions/cash, prepare financial reports and allocations, support audits, prepare working papers, and respond to client requests.

Review subscription and KYC/AML documents for hedge funds and private equity investors; communicate with clients and internal teams about missing information; maintain OFAC searches and investor databases; prepare and distribute capital statements, capital call letters, contribution/distribution/redemption confirmations; perform redemption confirmation calls.

Lead business development by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Collaborate cross-functionally to align BD efforts with firm capabilities, maintain and grow client relationships, manage pipeline and CRM, represent the firm at industry events, and contribute to revenue and long-term strategic objectives.

Lead second-level and final reviews for fund administration, manage client service and administrative tasks, supervise and coach a small team, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, resolve accounting issues with technical groups, and oversee fund assignments including SPVs and vanilla structures.
