Provide high-level administrative support to the HHS Executive Team: manage calendars, travel, reports, correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes, tribal and legal coordination, document and records management, event coordination, and ensure HIPAA/confidentiality compliance.

Supervise accounts payable staff and operations, oversee disbursements and electronic payments, maintain vendor records, perform month-/year-end closings and 1099 processing, resolve invoice/payment issues, enforce internal controls, prepare reports, and support tribal enterprise payments and reconciliations.

Manage and operate the Tribe's General Welfare Exclusion (GWE) Program: design policies and payment schedules, administer applications and disbursements, ensure compliance, coordinate with Tribal Council, Accounting, and vendors, maintain member communications and portal, perform audits and reporting, and represent the Tribe to partners and agencies.

Support and administer the Tribe's compliance and grant programs: lead grant management system administration, ensure grant regulatory compliance (OMB Uniform Guidance), coordinate audits, maintain policy review calendar, support HHS compliance, prepare reports/dashboards, train staff, track corrective actions, and manage compliance records and investigations.
