Manage HR operations including onboarding, orientations, training compliance, employee evaluations, benefits administration, retention initiatives, HR statistics, background checks, and employee support. Maintain Paycom data and coordinate with Paycom representatives. Ensure compliance with state and county regulations, conduct exclusion checks, support recruitment events, administer mandatory training reminders, and oversee on-call scheduling. The role requires frequent field work, occasional evening and weekend events, and on-site work.

Provides clerical and administrative support to IDD program leadership and staff. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, scheduling meetings and trainings, preparing intake and ISP documentation, tracking compliance and resident training, managing files and spreadsheets, coordinating communications, supporting quality assurance processes, arranging occasional travel, and providing basic technical and office support.
