Monitor systems via SCADA, assign and log work orders in ServiceMax, create schedules, track field personnel and fatigue compliance, troubleshoot issues, ensure SOP adherence, and provide customer service and reporting.

Manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion: scope, schedule, budget, risk, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Support engineering design, PLC integration, technical documentation, QA, regulatory permitting, and continuous improvement.
