Manage interfaces across technical and non-technical project packages for large-scale offshore wind and EPCI projects. Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, scope boundaries, technical decisions, risks, issues, and project changes. Own interface and Management of Change processes, maintain registers and governance documentation, support decision reviews, and ensure HSE, regulatory, and compliance considerations are addressed. The role works within a matrix structure alongside package managers, PMO teams, project leadership, and technical specialists.

Own the SuccessFactors HRIS product, including enhancement backlogs, configuration, governance, roadmaps, UAT, releases, and stakeholder coordination. Lead workforce analytics, executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data governance, and workforce insights using SuccessFactors and Power BI. Partner with HR, Digital, Finance, payroll, business leaders, and implementation vendors to improve HR processes, data quality, reporting accuracy, and employee experience.

Leads global talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and organizational capability initiatives. Partners with senior leaders to identify critical roles, build talent pipelines, improve performance differentiation, and implement SuccessFactors capabilities. The role also supports talent transformation, governance, reporting, employer branding, and broader people roadmap priorities during organizational growth and change.

Implements and improves the corporate risk management framework across global business functions. The role facilitates risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and reporting; maintains risk registers; prepares reports for senior leadership and Board Committees; leads cross-functional risk initiatives; monitors emerging offshore wind risks; and promotes an organization-wide risk culture.

Supports corporate development and investment teams through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, investment analysis, and M&A or partnership transaction execution. Evaluates offshore wind asset and company opportunities, identifies key value drivers, prepares decision materials, communicates financial impacts, and supports investment approvals with senior management and governance committees.

Leads procurement and contracting strategies for offshore wind project packages, including supply-chain engagement, pre-bid planning, cost modeling, risk assessment, RFIs/RFPs, contract drafting and negotiation, supplier agreements, post-award management, compliance, cost optimization, and claims avoidance. Partners with category and project teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and value-driven contracting outcomes.

Manage international treasury operations, including cash pools, banking relationships, liquidity, debt, guarantees, investments, FX and interest-rate risk. Maintain treasury records and loan schedules in SAP, support hedging and financing activities, coordinate bank account administration, and ensure compliance with policies and covenants. The role also drives treasury process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Project Finance, and banking partners.
