Manage community associations, boards, vendors, employees, budgets, financial reporting, inspections, maintenance, compliance, meetings, insurance claims, and resident communications. The role administers association rules, coordinates contractors, monitors property conditions, prepares reports and meeting materials, and ensures compliance with Florida statutes and governing documents. An LCAM designation and at least eight years of experience are required, with daily travel expected.

Manage accounts receivable processes, including posting customer payments and revenues, updating unpaid invoices, investigating and resolving account discrepancies and deductions, coordinating collections, maintaining confidential records, reconciling receivable accounts, and preparing collection reports. The role requires accounting or finance experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel.

Leads corporate shared services, including HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing, while aligning these teams with regional operations and executive leadership. Oversees team leads, translates strategy into action, manages cross-functional projects and meetings, tracks accountability, improves processes, and supports organizational effectiveness. Acts as a liaison between corporate and field operations, communicates priorities, manages stakeholders, and coordinates technology and process improvements across geographically distributed business lines.

Lead regional community management operations, support GMs and association managers, drive operational and financial performance, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, strengthen board relationships, and implement corporate initiatives to improve service delivery and growth.

Provides clerical and administrative support including scheduling meetings and travel, desktop publishing and presentations, filing and records management, phone and mail handling, drafting correspondence, coordinating projects and direct mailings, and handling confidential information. Works independently and with teams on special projects; may perform light physical tasks such as lifting up to 15 lbs.

Provide accounting consultation to managers, develop policies and financial systems, advise on fiscal procedures, ensure compliance, handle confidential financial data, and support budget strategy.
