Perform equipment and instrument sizing/selection for water treatment projects; prepare datasheets, evaluate vendor quotes, coordinate vendor approvals, release engineering documents via SAP, collaborate across disciplines, and support project documentation, commissioning spares, and vendor evaluations.

Lead and manage daily Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payments, vendor onboarding, AP aging, team leadership, SAP ERP implementation support, AP workflows, and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and cash flow.

Support the government relations team with legislative tracking, advocacy materials, stakeholder and legislative meeting prep, communications (slides, social media, press releases), research, and administrative coordination during a full-time, on-site summer internship.

Support project engineering for water/process technology projects: review specs, prepare and manage engineering documents, coordinate design with internal and external teams, track progress in SAP and schedules, review vendor quotes, support construction phase issue resolution and as-built documentation, and perform periodic site and vendor visits. Requires occasional domestic and international travel (~10%).

Design and implement control system architectures for water treatment: develop control philosophies, program PLCs and HMIs, design control panels, support field troubleshooting, upgrade systems, and contribute to proposals and client technical/commercial interactions.
