The Sales Support Rep-I assists the Account Sales Representative in maximizing sales and customer service while managing inventory and building displays.

Drive an assigned route to maximize sales and distribution of draft and packaged products, maintain inventory and POS materials, build displays, hang signs, drop samples, coach Sales Assistants, and ensure compliance with safety and liquor laws while keeping a clean driving record.

Perform full-cycle payroll tasks (processing, data entry, timecard review, garnishments, post-processing reports), maintain employee files, onboard new hires, manage internal application portal and job postings, follow up with candidates, attend occasional recruiting events, and support special HR projects.
