Provide operational support for treasury products by coordinating customer implementations, setting up and verifying product functionality, administering services (Positive Pay, RDC, Business Bill Pay), maintaining documentation, supporting compliance and ACH reviews, monitoring risk and permissions, preparing reports, and coordinating vendor support.

Provide technical support to users, assist in network maintenance, handle help desk tickets, and perform IT equipment setup and repairs.

Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules, perform complex journal entries and reconciliations, support regulatory reporting (Call Reports), analyze financial trends, manage cash/funding accounting, coordinate with auditors, assist budgeting and technical accounting research, and recommend process improvements.
