Provides operational and technical support for virtual and physical tax sites. Duties include client intake, tax return preparation, quality review, virtual platform troubleshooting, volunteer coordination, equipment setup, inventory tracking, and technical support escalation. The role also supports site logistics, client service, and volunteer onboarding while complying with IRS requirements and agency policies.

Provides bilingual Spanish-English client intake, screening, check-in, scheduling, interpretation, referrals, and site-flow support at a temporary community tax program. Responds to inquiries, supports volunteer tax preparers, handles data entry confidentially, maintains an orderly site, and assists with other tax-site operations. Requires in-person work, flexible Wednesday-through-Sunday availability, and travel among Portland-area tax sites as needed.

Coordinates daily operations for a volunteer tax preparation site, supporting clients, staff, and volunteers. Responsibilities include de-escalating client concerns, scheduling, delegation, quality assurance of tax services, emergency response, ITIN application support, administrative coordination, and troubleshooting basic technology issues. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, tax knowledge, database and quality assurance experience, leadership in dynamic environments, and local travel using personal transportation.

Coordinates daily operations for a volunteer tax preparation site, supporting clients, staff, and volunteers. Responsibilities include de-escalating client concerns, managing schedules and logistics, mentoring volunteers, monitoring tax preparation quality and compliance, facilitating ITIN applications as a Certified Acceptance Agent, responding to emergencies, and assisting other sites. The role is in-person, seasonal, and requires occasional nonstandard hours and local travel.

Provide administrative and program support for after-school and summer SUN programs: attendance tracking, data entry, registration, outreach, event coordination, supply and inventory management, office support, basic clerical duties, and direct assistance to students, families, volunteers, and Activity Leaders.
