The Account Manager will grow ATS's Inspection business by managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and prospecting new opportunities in NDT and Reliability Services.

Grow and maintain profitable revenue for NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability services. Prospect, manage C-suite and mid-level client relationships, forecast and document opportunities in CRM, coordinate bids and scheduling with operations, attend trade shows, and mentor sales staff. Remote role supporting Phoenix with significant regional travel.

The role involves performing inspections, assisting certified technicians, and documenting experiences in NDT, with opportunities for both trained and untrained individuals.

Assist NDT technicians with inspections and examinations, prepare components for inspections, document on-the-job training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

ATS is looking for Level II Radiographers and RT Assistants to conduct inspections and assist technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while managing equipment and documentation.

Level II Radiographers will perform RT examinations, utilize NDT testing equipment, prepare written instructions, interface with managers and clients, and support safety programs.

The NDT Level II Technicians will perform examinations according to codes and specs, support trainees, prepare reports, and work independently or as part of a team.

Conduct complex materials testing and failure analysis using optical and electron microscopy. Design test protocols, interpret data, write reports, consult with clients and internal engineers, manage projects, train staff, maintain GLP/ISO lab practices, and support safety and quality audits.

The NDT Level II Technician performs material examinations, interfaces with managers and clients, prepares reports, and assists in training trainees.

NDT Technicians conduct inspections using various methods, perform API and AWS inspections, resolve field problems, and mentor junior staff. Roles involve independent work, report preparation, and client communication.
