Oversees the organization’s HR strategy and operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, engagement, and HR reporting. Advises senior leadership, develops policies, ensures labor-law compliance, manages workforce planning, and uses HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness. The role also supervises onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, employee development, and talent management initiatives.
