PhD research to develop a GPR-based pipeline leak detection solution using full-wave inversion and learning-based methods. Work includes modeling electromagnetic wave propagation, creating hybrid simulated/experimental datasets, applying PINNs and federated learning, optimizing distributed AI for edge-cloud real-time inference, and validating methods on field data.

This internship focuses on integrating interactions within the FUSION project and developing XR functionalities for robotic missions, collaborating with Conscience Robotics.
