Serve as deputy to the Chief People Officer and lead HR strategy across U.S. business units. Drive talent management, organizational design, employee relations, compliance, succession planning, change management, and HR program execution. Partner with leaders, mentor HR teams, support investigations, monitor HR metrics, and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives and government contracting requirements.
