Supports federal HCM and HR technology modernization by eliciting and documenting requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, analyzing workflows and integrations, validating data with SQL, supporting API and database testing, and participating in Agile/Scrum delivery. The role liaises among HR stakeholders, product owners, developers, administrators, and project leadership while managing requirements and project artifacts in Jira and Confluence.

Administer classified Windows workstations, servers, Active Directory, and Open Storage Area infrastructure. Perform document-level declassification reviews of DoD records per EO 13526 and Joint Staff/NARA guidance, prepare and index records (SF-715/box summaries), run E-Discovery searches, manage IRCN notifications, archive actions into the Joint Staff repository, and prepare boxes for accessioning to NARA while maintaining high quality standards.

Lead logistics analysis and process optimization for the U.S. Army AMCOM Supply Chain Optimization Support task order. Analyze supply chain performance, identify process improvement opportunities, optimize inventory and transportation operations, apply Army supply regulations, and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable database systems; create and optimize complex SQL, stored procedures, and functions; ensure data integrity, security, and performance; collaborate with developers and analysts; perform maintenance and troubleshooting; document designs and follow best practices.

Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM). Perform SoD analysis and remediation, lead provisioning/de-provisioning and access reviews, support audits, maintain security policy/control documentation, respond to SAP security incidents, and ensure compliance with federal and organizational security standards.

Work on-site with a DHS client to design, develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML and generative AI solutions (including LLMs and NLP). Build user-facing AI applications (chatbots, virtual assistants), optimize model performance and scalability, implement MLOps/DevSecOps pipelines, conduct research (prompt engineering, RAGs, fine-tuning), ensure data privacy/security, and brief stakeholders on technical tradeoffs.

Design, build, and maintain secure automated CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (GitLab, Harness, ArgoCD) for Kubernetes and cloud environments. Integrate security automation, compliance checks, monitoring, and IaC (Terraform) while collaborating with dev teams to remediate vulnerabilities, provision infrastructure, migrate apps to cloud, and ensure resiliency and performance.

Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using Angular 14 and Spring Boot microservices, support legacy JEE/WebSphere applications, implement SOAP/REST web services, work in Agile teams to gather requirements, present designs, and document solutions per government lifecycle methodology.
