Leads large federal and Department of Defense contract programs, serving as the primary Government interface. Oversees PWS execution, staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, compliance, subcontractors, and operational performance. Develops program plans and reporting, briefs senior Government leaders, and ensures contractual milestones and mission objectives are achieved. Builds stakeholder relationships and directs geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments.

Leads the execution of federal and DoD contracts, overseeing project plans, schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, compliance, performance metrics, and corrective actions. Serves as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and contractor teams, prepares executive reports and briefings, resolves operational and technical issues, and ensures contract obligations and mission requirements are met.

Transform and integrate geospatial datasets into accurate, mission-ready cartographic products. Develop FME workflows, perform spatial analysis in QGIS, manage PostgreSQL/PostGIS data, apply cartographic principles, produce map layouts, and conduct quality control. Collaborate with analysts, developers, project managers, and government stakeholders. The role starts remotely and may transition onsite based on customer requirements.

Designs and executes functional, integration, regression, performance, unit, and automated tests for complex systems. Develops test plans, test cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, TestNG, and BDD. Documents requirements, tracks and retests defects, monitors QA metrics, and reports test results while participating in Agile/Scrum requirements and development processes.

Supports federal HCM and HR technology modernization by eliciting and documenting requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, analyzing workflows and integrations, validating data with SQL, supporting API and database testing, and participating in Agile/Scrum delivery. The role liaises among HR stakeholders, product owners, developers, administrators, and project leadership while managing requirements and project artifacts in Jira and Confluence.

Administer classified Windows workstations, servers, Active Directory, and Open Storage Area infrastructure. Troubleshoot user and system issues, manage accounts, patch systems, monitor health and audit logs, conduct Nessus vulnerability scans, perform SCAP/STIG assessments, remediate findings, maintain security baselines and inventories, support DCSA inspections, and coordinate compliant media transfers. The role also supports continuous monitoring, security impact analyses, configuration control, and escalation of security incidents.

Design and execute test plans, cases, and automated scripts (Rest Assured, Selenium, Postman) for functional, integration, regression and performance testing. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, document requirements, track defects, report QA metrics, and collaborate in Agile/SCRUM environments. Work requires active Top Secret or CBP BI clearance.

Perform document-level declassification reviews of DoD records per EO 13526 and Joint Staff/NARA guidance, prepare and index records (SF-715/box summaries), run E-Discovery searches, manage IRCN notifications, archive actions into the Joint Staff repository, and prepare boxes for accessioning to NARA while maintaining high quality standards.
