Deploys and sustains a refinery operating system across assigned departments. Leads structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, performance improvement, standard work, visual management, training, coaching, audits, and cross-functional improvement workstreams. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment performance and reliability, implementing maintenance strategies, conducting analyses, and collaborating with various teams to enhance asset management and operational efficiency.

Lead technical resource for piping, stationary equipment and pressure relief valve compliance. Plan and execute inspections, maintenance, reliability analysis, root-cause investigations, and develop procedures, acceptance tests, and asset maintenance plans to ensure pressure system integrity and regulatory compliance.
