Owns new business acquisition for oilfield supply and measurement services across the Permian Basin. The role identifies and opens operator accounts, builds relationships with engineering, procurement, and supply chain decision-makers, conducts consultative technical sales, manages RFQs and MSAs, maintains the CRM pipeline, coordinates vendor approval, and transitions newly acquired accounts to operations. Regular travel to regional energy markets and active participation in the Midland community are required.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospects and customers, support RFQs and MSAs, manage pipeline in CRM, coordinate handoffs to Account Operations, assist with documentation and KPI reporting to drive revenue growth.
