Leads the enterprise business intelligence and analytics strategy, roadmap, reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive analytics, data governance, and responsible AI practices. Advises executives, oversees analytics delivery and team development, strengthens data quality and self-service reporting, manages priorities and vendors, and drives cross-functional adoption of data-informed decision-making across the credit union.

Creates and edits clear, on-brand communications across marketing, digital, social, email, advertising, events, executive communications, and internal channels. Develops campaign messaging, supports SEO and digital engagement, translates financial topics for members, and maintains editorial, regulatory, and brand standards. Partners with marketing, design, community relations, executives, and compliance teams to strengthen the credit union’s voice and community presence.

Oversee Deposit Services staff and daily operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, compliant member service. Manage deposit procedures, audits, retirement account processing, account research, legal and tax reporting, quality assurance, risk assessment, process improvements, and merger-related data validation. Provide technical support, coach employees, resolve complex member issues, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain compliance with banking regulations. The role is primarily based at the Larpenteur Admin location, includes occasional travel, and requires some Saturday hours.

The General Counsel leads Blaze’s legal function and serves as primary legal advisor to executive leadership and business units. Responsibilities include banking and regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, litigation, contracts, vendor matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, employment law, and regulatory examinations. The role manages outside counsel, supports strategic initiatives, advises on complex transactions, and promotes ethical and compliant operations across the credit union.

Provides production support, maintenance, configuration, testing, and implementation for core banking and business systems. Deploys and troubleshoots applications, servers, hardware, networks, databases, integrations, automation tools, and file transmissions. Implements financial system releases, documents configurations, develops functional specifications, and participates in project life cycles. Resolves internal technology requests, supports disaster recovery planning, mentors IT specialists, and partners with credit union management while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Collect delinquent loans and accounts for the credit union by contacting members, obtaining payment agreements, handling bankruptcies, arranging repossessions or legal action, preparing delinquency reports, resolving credit reporting disputes, and ensuring compliance with collection laws and policies.
