Sell APS payroll and HR platform to prospective clients through prospecting, demos, and closing deals. Manage pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate handoffs to implementation, meet revenue quotas, collaborate with SDR/BDR/Partners, and travel extensively to meet clients and attend sales meetings.

Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives focused on outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
