Provide administrative support to division managers and technical staff including preparing proposals and invoices, answering calls, scheduling and dispatching field staff, processing timesheets/expenses and purchase requisitions, and assisting with new-hire onboarding.

Lead ATL's HR programs including recruiting, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training, and HR policy. Provide HR guidance to leadership, manage HR staff and budget, refine processes, and drive staffing and development initiatives to support organizational growth and culture.
