Manages relationships with existing U.S.-based MSP clients to drive satisfaction, retention, service alignment, and renewals. Leads Quarterly Business Reviews, monitors client health, translates technical performance into business value, identifies service risks and improvements, and coordinates with internal teams. Maintains CRM or PSA documentation and communicates client feedback to leadership. Requires strong English communication, client relationship experience in IT services, familiarity with managed services, and the ability to discuss infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and service-level agreements.

Manage candidate workflows and records in Zoho Recruit, maintain job postings and pipelines, engage passive talent, coordinate assessments, communicate with candidates, and present qualified candidates to clients. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to clarify requirements, provide recruitment updates, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
