Creates CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation; applies mechanical design and design-for-manufacturability principles; supports prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with production, purchasing, sales, and leadership to develop cost-effective, safe, reliable, and customer-focused engineered products.

Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical systems for industrial furnace and thermal processing equipment using SolidWorks. Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, configurable assemblies, and CAD standards. Standardize components, improve manufacturability, reduce costs, support manufacturing, and resolve production issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain on product introductions, continuous improvement, and product quality.

Lead procurement, inventory, material planning, and supplier management for two manufacturing sites. Optimize inventory and working capital, run MRP activities, coordinate material flow, manage outside processors and suppliers, develop sourcing strategies, and lead a purchasing team to improve on-time delivery, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
